Who is responsible for purchasing the materials?
We typically divide purchasing into two categories. The client selects and purchases the finishing materials (tiles, fittings, mirrors, lighting) to suit their personal taste and style. We handle the supply of all "rough materials" (adhesives, primers, waterproofing, grout), selecting proven products that guarantee durability.
Do you handle debris removal and disposal of old tiles?
Yes, we maintain cleanliness at every stage of the work. Demolishing an old bathroom generates significant waste, so we organize its removal and disposal so you don't have to worry about it. We leave the workspace clean and ready for the next steps.
Do you install all types of tiles, including large-format ones?
Yes, we have the experience and equipment to work with various formats—from small mosaics and standard tiles to large-format porcelain and slabs. We also perform precise 45-degree cuts (mitering), allowing for an aesthetic corner finish without the use of plastic trims.
How should I prepare my home before the team arrives?
We primarily ask that you remove all personal items, cosmetics, and small movable furniture from the bathroom. It is also helpful to ensure easy access to the main water valve. We will take care of protecting the floors in the hallway and shielding other elements from dust.
Does your service include full fixture installation?
Absolutely. Our service doesn't end with laying tiles. We also install bathtubs, shower cabins, toilets (including concealed frames), sinks, and faucets. We hand over a bathroom that is fully ready to use, with sealed silicone connections and mounted fixtures.
Can we stay in the house during the renovation?
Yes, although you should expect some inconveniences, such as noise or the bathroom being out of service during the work hours. We strive to work in the least intrusive way possible, and we separate the work zone with protective sheeting to minimize the spread of dust to other rooms.
